Newly refurbished double room.

Hi i have a newly refurbished double room to rent , new carpets, bed , and blinds. The room available is a shared bathroom only with one other tenent which is a female and she is more than happy to share with male or female. It has a power shower large standing bath and two sinks with two mirrors. I Am looking for a working professional easy going and friendly tenant to live in this very homely, friendly house , the other tenants to this house share are hard working through the week, and, they are all very friendly and easy to get on with .If interested feel free to get in touch , kind regards Nicola.
P. S The other rooms in the house have en suite and do not have any access to the main bathroom so it is only a two person shared bathroom.
