Ensuite Room in a shared Apartment

The room is ensuite in a shared apartment. It consists of 3 other flats mates all Nigerians( 2 boys and 1 Girl). It has a sitting room, dining space, and a well-spaced kitchen. It also has a back door that leads to the garden and has an external storage in the garden area. Tenants are very clean and maintain a weekly cleaning schedule.
The landlord pays Council Tax and Broadband bills, while the tenants are responsible for their energy bills which usually do not exceed £50 per tenant monthly, however, this depends on the energy consciousness of the tenants.
