Room in gorgeous house near Kirkstall Abbey

We're looking for someone to join our house share for a 1 year minimum starting on the 27th of June.

The house is gorgeous and set in a very big garden, along with a fire pit and decking area. The street is very peaceful and has lots of wildlife to watch from the windows. Upstairs is one big open plan living space with lots of light and views out over the garden. It's got 2 bathrooms & 4 double bedrooms. There's a garage where we keep our bikes / toys. We love it.

There's 3 of us in the house - working in teaching, tech and transport. We have a lot of interests between us - music is probably the biggest one we all share, then walking, travel, surfing, dancing and board games.

It's always been a sociable house, so if you're a person that doesn't find it important to get to know housemates well, and do things together occasionally, this isn't the place for you. Good communication and being considerate of each other is really important to us.

It will be around £530 per month, including bills (which we pay together, and vary a bit depending on usage), and deposit of £250. You will need to pass credit checks / references etc.
