I'm looking for 2 house mates from late August 2026. I'm a musician and music teacher. I don't teach from home and, while I do enjoy playing music and occasionally invite friends round to jam (acoustic only, no drums), I'm respectful of people's boundries. Liking music would be a plus! This is a really lovely house, very quiet and great value.
2 rooms becoming available in this semi-detached house at the bottom of a very quiet 70s-built cul de sac, offering interesting architecture and comfortable living space. Close to Headingley and Kirkstall Forge train stations, equidistant to Horsforth and Kirkstall.
1 large double room, and one small double room available from around 25th August. The large room has an ensuite shower. The small has some built in overhead storage.
Another large double room may be becoming available soon, but waiting for confirmation.
Upstairs - Communal, open-plan living/dining room and kitchen, small utility room, and small toilet.
Downstairs - 4 bedrooms, bathroom, and understairs cupboard.
The kitchen is fully fitted with plenty of cupboard space and a dishwasher, with a washing machine and large fridge freezer in the utility room. The upstairs boasts large windows, and lots of natural light.
Large patio and garden, with access from front and back of house. There's parking space for 1 car (currently shared), with plenty more parking available at the top of the cul de sac. There's a garage currently used for storage, but this is open to negotiation.
