Great views, quiet neighborhood, lots of space

New kitchen last year, electrics all done last year and doors and windows and plumbing. No add ons like WiFi and such 350 includes everything bar food. House does admittedly still need some superficial touches but will be able to do much faster with income from lodger. Has garden, parking, ensuite with loads of your own space, nice period features and great views. I'm pretty laid back, only real demand is rent and you don't break stuff or make a racket because it's a quiet neighbourhood. work 9-5 in customer services.
