Situated off main road very close (2 min walk) to Sainsburys or Aldi (quick bus trip) and to many pubs. 10 minute bus ride into city centre, and 10 minute drive to the airport. The bus stop is right opposite our house so very handy. We're in a really good position to make the most of Leeds.

The top 2 floors of a large house, we have a garden area with a BBQ for the summer and a comfortable communal/dining area.

Rent includes water, council tax (if you pay it) and fast internet connection. Just a 10 pounds a month extra for electricity and gas. Approx 290 a month all in.
