Lovely house - post grad students studying 2025/26

We are only renting to those who will be studying post grad courses from September 2025 as it is a quiet house where the tenants are concentrating on their studies!

Six double bedrooms are available in this light, fantastic 6-bed house in Headingly. The house has three bathrooms, a large kitchen / diner, a shared lounge and a patio. It is located close to the shops, bars and restaurants of Headingly and with excellent transport access to Leeds city centre.

We are not an agency and are passionate about letting homes that are of high quality and we live locally so can respond to urgent issues that arise. We have been renting to post grad students, especially international students, who have kept the house clean and in good condition..

Bills are not included but are approx. £40 per month for each person.

We always aim to ensure the house is rented to people who create a positive environment which is anti discriminatory and inclusive.
