Lovely house - post grad students studying 2026/27

If you're looking for a quiet, study-focussed, but friendly home for your postgrad studies in Leeds, this is the perfect house!

Great location - regular bus service to Leeds Uni literally a minute from the front door, a ten minute walk to Leeds Beckett Headingley campus and a local train station five minutes away. Green space and woodlands at the top of the road. Bars, restaurants, sports centre and supermarkets only a short walk away.

We have three double bedrooms available for postgraduate/mature students in this light, fantastic 6-bed house in Headingley. The house has three bathrooms, a large kitchen / diner, a shared lounge and a patio.

We are not an agency and are passionate about letting homes that are of high quality. We live locally and respond quickly when issues arise. The current tenants keep the house clean and in good condition. We're happy to show people around in person or on WhatsApp.

Bills are not included but are approx. £50 per month for each person.

We always aim to ensure the house is rented to people who create a positive environment which is anti discriminatory and inclusive.
