One double bedroom is available in this light, fantastic 6-bed house in Headingley. The house has three bathrooms, a large kitchen / diner, a shared lounge and a patio. It is located close to the shops, bars and restaurants of Headingley and with good transport access to Leeds city centre.

We are not an agency and are passionate about letting homes that are of high quality and we live locally so can respond to urgent issues that arise. We have been renting to post grad students who have kept the house clean and in good condition..

We are only renting to those currently studying post grad courses as it is a quiet house where the tenants are concentrating on their studies! International students are very welcome.
