We are looking for one more student to share this exceptional value well presented and attractive 5-bedroom house in Langdale Gardens Headingley. The other four bedrooms have already been let to two Masters students and two PhD students.

There is a large kitchen and a separate spacious lounge/diner with two 3-seater sofas, TV, table and chairs, etc. and cable broadband. The shower room and WC are separate, each with its own wash basin. Gardens at the front and rear of the house provide plenty of space for relaxing and enjoying BBQ’s when the weather is fine and there is also a good sized shed for storing bikes and other items.

The house is ideally located in a popular residential part of Headingley only minutes away from many fabulous bars, restaurants, coffee bars, shops and other amenities as well as being close to the bus routes and train station.
