Cheap Room In Awesome House

We have one room for rent in our awesome Headingley house. Close to the high street, bars and uni we are looking for someone to take our last room the end of July when our tenancy is up.

We are a chill bunch of people. Do a bit of cooking and a bit of partying. Keep the place in reasonable shape and generally try to be nice to each other.

The room is available NOW and you can move in for free until the end of the month when the next batch of rent is due. We are all working but would welcome anyone who is interested in the room. While the room is quite small and bright the wardrobe is currently located on the landing outside the room to create more space. Probs not for everyone but still worth a look.

We have a large kitchen with a breakfast bar. Separate living room with a six person dinning table. Two bathrooms, a drive with garage and large garden with a deck. The internet is fast and we have plenty of space in the fridge.
