landing on the top floor of a large Victorian semi.  It is situated in leafy Headingley, close to bus routes, amenities and woodland.  Entrance shared with the owners (shared stairs to first floor and your own stairs to top floor).  Gas central heating and all bills included.  It is bright, well insulated and fully furnished.  The kitchen area includes larder fridge, electric oven and hob. Washing machine in rest of house available for you to use.  Shower room includes new shower, toilet, sink and heated rails.
