Need someone to take my tendancy in a shared house. The property has a total of 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious kitchen which you will be sharing with adult master/PHD students.
There is a bus stop at the and of the road taking you directly to uni (route 56), Headingley train station is a 5 minute walk away, which will take you to the city center in 8 minutes. There are also other transportation options available.
The university is a 30-minute walk away, and 15 minutes by bike.
The area has everything you need of grocery stores (two Sainsbury’s and wilko) in addition to a number of lovely cafes and restaurants within a short walk.

Bills not included. Tenant will sign up to a payment plan for all bills which will cost 10 Pounds a week.
