The house is located on the corner of Kirkstall Lane opposite Headingley stadium - ideal location for students at any campus - Headingley campus less that 10 minutes walk. Bus to city outside the door, train to trinity 10 minutes walk. The house has a enclosed garden, large communal lounge, large kitchen diner with WC and utity room all on lower ground. There are then 3 room on the ground floor, 3 rooms on the 1st floor and 2 rooms on the 2nd. The room available is on the 1st floor.
