Hello!
My name is Tash, I'm 25 and I'm looking for someone to occupy the second room in my flat.
I'm currently renting the (two bedroom) flat on my own, but have decided that I would like a flatmate. The flat is part of a house that has been converted into flats - it's on the ground floor and the upstairs neighbours are lovely.
It has a little kitchen, a shared bathroom with shower-over-bath and a brilliant storage space under the stairs of the upstairs flat. The living room is spacious and gets beautiful light during the day (on the rare occasion that the sun is actually shining). The bedroom has a new double bed (with storage drawers) and built in cupboards. It's small-ish, but very cosy.
There is a TV and broadband, which would be added on to the rent. The council tax and bills would also be added on to the rent.
The flat is fully furnished with all of my own furniture, including a washing machine and tumble drier. There is a little private garden at the back, as well as an empty garage for extra storage. There is one off-street parking space, which I'm happy to share, as well as plenty of on-street parking, which requires a permit.
I am very clean and tidy and am generally quiet in terms of music, TV etc. I work Monday-Friday in an office and go to the gym most evenings. I love eating out and going for drinks, with the occasional out-out night for a bit of a boogie! I would like to share my flat with someone who has similar interests to myself and likes to keep a clean and tidy space.
