I am moving out of this houseshare with three lovely creative individuals and am offering my large double room to rent from 31st October, until 30th June.

Rent is £345 per month, and bills are about £80 per month.

The room has two large windows providing plenty of light to shine on the spacious double room. A large double bed and mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk are all included.

The whole property is gas heated with radiators in every room. There is a bathroom with a full bath and electric shower fitted.

The living room features two sofas and a large 40 inch plasma TV. The bedroom is situated above the WiFi router so there is a great internet connection for streaming or working from home.

The kitchen features a gas hob, plenty of cupboard space, a dining table and a view onto the backyard/garden area.
The fenced backyard faces south and features a wooden bench that is perfect for sitting and enjoying your morning coffee in the sun.

There is also a basement featuring two rooms, where the washer and dryer are and we have a pool table set up. The other room is perfect for storage and any DIY projects.

Situated in the leafy triangle bordered by Headingley, Burley and Hyde Park, the property is on the end of the terrace, so we have only one very quiet neighbour.
