We are looking for a new housemate to join us around early April (moving in date is negotiable).

The room is cute with a big window, double bed, nightstand, chest of drawers and wardrobe. There is a large kitchen and lounge, a conservatory we use as a laundry room, modern bathroom and an extra toilet, garage, double driveway (and on-street parking) and a large south facing garden overlooking St Anne's allotments.

We live around the corner from Becket Park and five minutes from Central Headingley.

We hang out in the evening to talk, watch Netflix or order food but everyone has their own life too. We are interested in mountain biking, yoga, climbing, art, video games, politics...

The price is all inclusive - electric, gas, council tax, water and internet.
