I am looking for someone to take over my contract for a double room in 4-bed houseshare in Headingley. I'm moving out as I'm moving in with my partner. It's a great cosy and welcoming house, decorated with a well-furnished lounge, dining area, kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped and has a central island work surface that allows multiple people to be in there at the same time. The bedroom is furnished with a large built-in wardrobe and a bed. the spare room next to the bedroom can be used as an office or for storage.
The front and back gardens are lovely (great for BBQ!) and well maintained by a gardener paid for by the Landlord. There's parking space on the driveway, or you can get a free permit for street parking. The garage is generally used for bikes and storage.
The place is less than 10 minutes from Central Headingley and 10 minutes away from Headingley and Burley railway stations. There's a bus stop right outside with good connectivity to Leeds university and the city centre.
