Room in lovely spacious Headingly houseshare

Due to unforeseen circumstances I am looking for someone to replace me in a house share. It's a lovely 5 bedroom house located in Headingly, only 4 occupants so will be a spare bedroom and there is also a large garden with a decking. All rooms are equally sized and pretty spacious, there are also 2 bathrooms so would only be sharing with 1 other person.

There are 3 other girls all in early 20's who will be moving into the house in July, really friendly and easy-going bunch who would be great housemates.

Gutted to not be taking this up myself and am very keen to help the girls find the right person to join them. Any queries please don't hesitate to call or text at any time. Girls would be more than willing to have a chat with anyone seriously interested in joining the house share.
