Double room for let in headingley, leeds.

This is a student let based in Headingley, Leeds and the house is shared with 3 other Girls who are studying for a maste of which are constantly kept clean! The rent and bills are paid up until February 1st, so it would be free living up until that point and after it would be £450 a month. The rental is with one of the best letting agencies in leeds and the landlord is very active with repairs and respectful of personal space (quite a rarity in student lets) the house boasts brand new mattresses and carpets as well as a very homely feel!
