I’m moving out and need someone to take over my tenancy ASAP as I’ll be moving on 1st February.

I have the biggest room in the house. There’s two sections so it’s nice to walk in and have different areas.

The house itself is very large too.

5 Lovely and young professional girls live there too.

Rent: £450 pcm Council tax and all bills included. (Water, gas, electric, wifi)

You just need to pay £200 deposit.

Contract Ends: June 30th 2022.

If you like the place you can always sign on and continue tenancy too. You would have to speak to the landlord about more information.

Plenty of parking space on house site and on road.

Quick: 15-20 minute bus ride into centre of Leeds.

Within 5 minute walking distance to centre of Headingley, shops and pubs.

Quiet neighbours and neighbourhood.
