Double room in large house - central Headingley

Looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a 9-bed house share in Headingley. The house is a two minute walk from the main row of shops in Headingley and 5 minutes to the ridge.

The house is currently made up of postgraduate students doing either a Master's degree or PhD and ideally we would be looking for another postgraduate student to join for council tax reasons.

The tenancy would be for July and August with the possibility of signing a 12 month tenancy agreement after this.

The house has three showers, four bathrooms and two kitchens. We also have a large lounge and a good sized garden in the back, with a drive out front with room for 2-3 cars.
