Spacious room available in Headingley with great transport links to the city centre and universities by bus or train.
Leeds Beckett is just a short 2 minute walk to the rear of the house.
Headingley train station is 7 minutes walk, and the bus stop is less than a minutes walk.

The room itself faces to the back of the property so benefits from overlooking a quiet woods. It has plenty of storage space as well as a large double bed and a built in desk. It has a en-suite bathroom.

Currently there are 2 people between the ages of 26 and 28, bot of us are working professionals. I myself work away loads so am rarely around.

Everyone in the house is clean and considerate so the same would be expected.
