Friendly postgrad house share in Headingley

Hello!

We are a group of postgraduates (4 PhD and 3 Masters) looking to fill 2 spacious double rooms in our house. Please note we are only able to accept current Masters or PhD students (for council tax reasons).

Us ✨

We have a range of interests including gigs, hiking, general tomfoolery and shenanigans. We're all sociable and often up for a pub trip or night in with wine and some crap TV. If you are new to Leeds we'll be happy to show you around and give you recommendations for nice places to go. Our house is also absolutely LGBTQ+ friendly!

The House ✨

+ Large double rooms with a sink, wardrobe, desk, and sofa in each.
+ 3 toilets & 3 showers spread across 3 floors.
+ 2 kitchens (bottom & top floors).
+ Large separate living room (makes for great movie nights/hosting friends).
+ Garden out the back (with possibility of future horticulture patch).
+ Driveway accommodating up to 5 cars.
+ Gym, Sainsburys, post office, other shops/restaurants within 3 minute walk.

Our landlord is extremely nice (which is a big selling point!) and will sort out any problems very promptly.

The house is located right off Headingley high street. This is a great location for getting the bus to University or into town. The Sainsburys local is a 1 min walk away and the Aldi is a 15 min walk away. There are lots of restaurants and takeaways on the high street and the charity shops by us are really good. The Gym is a 30 second walk away too.

Rental Terms ✨

We pay £510 a month covering rent and all bills. New tenants must pay £300 deposit and 2 months rent in advance.

NOTE: international students are absolutely welcome, but our landlord requires either a UK guarantor or a year's rent in advance.
