Double room in Headingley

We are Ivan and Blessy,

We are looking for a housemate, as the current tenant is moving out.
The house is very close to Headingley main shops, as well as to the meanwood park. It’s a perfect location if you like running in parks.

It has a great back yard with a lot of space for barbecues and such.
The room is with a big desk, office chair, double bed but the decoration will be up to you, as we can repaint it if you want and any changes are welcome.
The house is full of plants and good vibes :)

From time to time I like to work with clay or wood so there is a small work station for creative projects.

The bills are paid separate and usually, including bills, the monthly rent would come upto around £650 on average through the year, with the bills coming up lower than average during summer.
