I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy anytime from December/January onwards. It’s such a lovely house however I was only completing one term of university so would love someone to take over.
Bills are 529 a month all bills included!!! Has 2 shower rooms and toilets. The room I am getting rid of is really spacious and has a lot of storage space and has a cuboard for storage.
The 4 other girls I live with are all nurses and would like someone who would respect that due to early mornings/ late nights. The house has 2 driveways and a lovely front garden.
