£525 bills included room for rent at 16 Winston Gardens. Short tenancy starting from 8th of April to the minimum of end of July.

I have received a new job and so am letting out my room for the remainder of the tenancy (8th of April to a later date can be made available through agents).

Room is in the basement and has a bathroom and shower that is only used by the two tenants on the floor, additional two bathrooms/showers upstairs. Room is spacious with a windowsill, desk, cupboard and shelving.

Shared spacious kitchen and living room. Kitchen includes two sinks, lots of storage, two fridges and two freezers. House consists of friendly working professionals, 5 males and one female, quite a few chefs so kitchen always smells lovely.
