We are four friendly 20s young professionals (2 female and 2 male) and our new 12 month tenancy in this great, spacious 5 bed Victorian shared house just needs one more nice, friendly housemate to complete our house. We're very sociable but not 'in your face' and just want to share with someone who is a similar mix of fun and respectful! Our house is in a pleasant side street, ten minutes walk from the social life of central Headingley, but away from student noise. Even nearer is Meanwood with bars, restaurants, three supermarkets including Waitrose, plus many other shops, services and easy car/bus routes into Leeds city centre and Leeds University, avoiding the traffic jams that can be a problem through central Headingley. There's a good lounge, a fully equipped, solid wood kitchen and a nice clean bathroom, plus a second toilet-washroom. It's fully furnished, with posh gas boiler, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, TV, electric shower, storage cellar etc. The owner is quick with repairs and always answers the phone whenever we need him, seven days a week.
