I’m moving out hence I need someone to take over my tenancy until the end of August. The contract can be renewed further if you want to stay longer. The house is 2 minutes walk to 2 bus stops that has multiple buses to city centre and more. All convenient stores and bustling cafes and pubs are within a 10 minute walk from the house. It’s a great and quiet location to move to.
