Short-Term Tenancy takeover in Headingley

I’m looking for someone to take over the remaining two months of my contract at this property in Headingley. I have lived here for 7 months and due to personal circumstances I need to leave earlier than expected! The contract expires on the 30th of June and despite a short stay, this is perfect for anyone looking to move to Leeds in short notice.

The room is spacious and located on the ground floor next to the entrance, making it easy to get in/out of the property. Large double glazed windows and radiator keep the room warm and allow plenty of sunlight. Blinds completely block out the outside to prevent visibility inside the room.

The property has been refurbished last year with all new utilities. The room comes with a wall-mounted TV that is adjustable so you can watch it from the bed or desk. The double bed has a warm light lamp on either side which you can switch on/off without getting up.

The house is in a great location in central headingley 2 minutes from the big Sainsbury’s and local gym. The house has a driveway which you would only share with one other housemate and plenty of parking on the road.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, electric hob, microwave, washer and dryer. Two fridges and plenty of storage. Plates and utensils are shared in the kitchen with the friendly easy going housemates.

The property has three bathrooms, two on the first floor and one on the ground floor. The ground floor bathroom has a large shower with sink and toilet located right next to the room. It’s shared with one other person and kept today, feels like an en suite.

Large living room kitchen space with big tv that has Netflix, Disney plus, Amazon prime etc. There are two payments left on the property at £600 per month (bills included) and a small deposit of £200.
