One Student Room in Hyde Park

One room available, for a student, in shared house - Hyde Park. Tenancy takeover as I am taking a year out of studies.

All housemates are Leeds Conservatoire (College of Music/Performing Arts). Active, social and outgoing. One in 3rd/final year and other five are heading into 2nd year.

House is located in prime spot near shops, pubs, cinema and 30 seconds away from consistent bus stop past Uni of Leeds and through city centre.

All bills included apart from broadband. House is paid in quarterly instalments, first payment is 23rd of June, one week before move-in date begins.
