The house is a 5 minute walk from Headingley high street where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. Becketts park is also 5 minutes around the corner and it is a 15-20 minute walks to Headingley train station.
The house has a garden at the back of the house and plenty of communal living space - including a conservatory, 2 x toilets and a separate bathroom.
As for me, I am currently working as a secondary school teacher! I enjoy cooking, yoga, and a bit of running. My housemate, Stefano, works in digital marketing and has very similar interests. We are looking for a friendly, tidy professional to move in at the end of the current tenancy (13th of August).
The rent is £102.50 per week per person.
Bills not included but on average we pay £110 pounds per month per person (council tax included)
