Lovely Double Room in a 3 Bed House in Headingley

I am moving out and currently looking for someone to take over my tenancy from the 1st of August! The house is spacious, set out over 4 floors. The kitchen is massive and has all appliances such as kettle, air fryer, coffee machine etc. these are the current tenants appliances however we all share! There is a washing machine and a tumble dryer separate too. We have a big lounge and also a bathroom shared between us three. The bathroom consists of a shower, and has plenty storage for you to keep your things. The bedroom has a three door wardrobe, under bed space for storage, a big chest to draws and a desk! There’s plenty of space to add other storage if needed - like I have done. The room gets a lot of natural light. I am going to paint the big red wall before moving out to match the neutral of the other walls in the room. The landlord is flexible on decorating just as long as you let him know beforehand!

The current tenants are both lovely, friendly and clean! Like to be social but also like their own space too so best for both worlds! Both tenants are professionals.

Bills (water, electric and wifi) are included in the rent and it is £450 a month, council tax is an additional £45.30 each a month which is sorted by the tenants. The deposit is £300.
