Double room in friendly Headingley house share

Spacious double bedroom in a modern 4 bed house, close to Burley Park station and Headingley station. The room is furnished with a bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The place includes a spacious living room with lots of natural light and a big kitchen/dining room with direct access to the garden patio. There are two large bathrooms between the four bedrooms. The double room is approx. £570 (bills not included). (NB these photos were not taken during our tenancy.)

We are three young professionals (two doctors and a lawyer), all 24 years old, and we are looking for another young professional (preferably female and similar age) who would be keen to join a sociable and friendly house! We all work full-time but like to chill in the evenings and hang out on weekends! We like a pub outing, live music events, pottery making, going to the beach or hiking, as well as cosy nights in.
