Lovely house - post grad students studying 2024/25

The house is of high quality and very well looked after - I am staying on for a second year and really appreciate the service we get from the owner and manager, who are not part of an agency.

To keep the balance in the household, we are looking for two female students who will be studying post-grads from September 2024. This is not a party house - we are all very respectful of each other's needs and share the responsibilities, e. g. cleaning and bills on a rota.

Two double bedrooms are available. The house has three bathrooms, a large kitchen / diner, a shared lounge and a patio. and is very light and nicely decorated. It is located close to the shops, bars and restaurants of Headingly and with good transport access to Leeds city centre. and the university

Bills are not included but are approx. £50 per month for each person.

We want to ensure the house is rented to people who create a positive environment which is anti discriminatory and inclusive.

The council tax band is C.
