Large, bright, double room in Headingley

Need to find someone to fill my room in Headingley.

Large room with a tall ceiling and huge windows.

The room comes with a king sized bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, tv and night stands. (Desk and chair does not come with the room).

Move in date is August, keys are to be exchanged ourselves but you will have to go through referencing with the letting agency.

Living with two other girl, one a professional and the other a phd student. There wouldn’t be an issue if you were a post grad student, but you will have to contribute to council tax.

The flat is super bright with a large living room and open plan kitchen. All appliances included. The dining table and chairs are from the previous tenant and are not included with the flat. You would be sharing a bathroom with one other girl.

There is one parking spot round the back, and a large shared garden space all around the property.
