I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy on a semi-detached house in Headingley, as I am having to move to another city. It’s in the centre of Headingley, a two minute walk from the Sainsburys. Tenancy will run until the end of June 2025.

The rent is 563 per month with bills included.

It’s a spacious double bedroom with lovely bay windows that gets the evening and morning sun. It comes with a television, desk, wardrobe and there’s a gorgeous fireplace built into the wall. The bedroom is on the ground floor and is front-facing.
Easy access to local shops, pubs, buses, and easy to get onto woodhouse ridge. Really lovely street & community.

You’d be living with three others, all aged around twenty-three, who enjoy cooking, watching films, gardening and sewing. Everyone loves having house dinners & hanging out, really lovely bunch, very laid back + kind.

There are two fridges + freezers, lots of cupboard space, a washing machine and dryer. The house has a medium sized garden which is sometimes visited by local cats!
