I am looking move out of this two bed en-suite flat and rent it out temporarily (upto two month) from start of the October.

This is a two bed property and both room have their own separate toilet with attached bathroom. The room and bathroom are spacious and kitchen is quite spacious for two people. The living hall with full-glazed windows, with access to balcony and patio is a showstopper.

The house is on second floor and quite close to heart of headingly with 10mins walk to grocery store (sainbury), health and wellness shop (superdrug), fine dine and fast food restaurant, pubs, cafes and lot more to explore.

The rent is already discounted from what I have to pay including water and broadband bills. The house is only electric supply and current housemate is phd student. If you are student then do not need to pay council tax otherwise discounted due to current housemate being student.

The house is always kept clean and current housemate is considerate towards privacy and well-being of others.
