Cozy Room in the Heart of Headingley

I'm looking for a professional to take over my room in Headingley. Can't stay in this lovely area, unfortunately, due to an emergency back home.

You've got loads of supermarkets like Sainsbury's right around the corner and public transport is conveniently within a 5-minute walk (City centre is a 20min bus ride) It is a vivid area with many 2nd shops, restaurants and bars. There are also parks within 15min walk distance (Beckett park is great to get out of the city feeling for a bit!)

Housemates are friendly and tidy and have made me feel at home from the start :-) Everyone usually keeps to themselves but they are very approachable and shared living has been smooth here.

The room available is on the top floor, it comes furnished with a double bed, big wardrobe, chest of drawers, night stand, shelf rack and a mounted mirror. There are 2 bathrooms in the house, a spacious kitchen and a living room. Washing machine is on the 1st floor neatly tucked away in a closet room and we also have a dishwasher in the kitchen.

All bills, Council Tax and Broadband are included, price really can't be beat, also given the location.
