Hey, I have decided to let out my room within this stunning spacious house share as myself and my partner have decided to sign for a place together.

just a couple of minutes from Hyde Park/headingley with in a quiet area of Woodhouse

It's on a quiet street, with parking.
You will have the biggest of the six bedrooms in the house and you'll share the huge walk-in shower bathroom with another.

The house itself has everything you could need: a solid living room, a big kitchen, a utility room, an office, and the best part—a cinema room with a wine cooler.

All bills are covered, including council tax, and rent is paid directly to the letting agency. Your agreement will be sorted with them not myself.


Type of person:
This is a good house with really good housemates. I’m not letting just anyone take the room which would upset the house dynamic

So I’m on the lookout for a like-minded guy or girl who can fit in with the vibe we’ve got here. Clean, respectful, and social.

This place is top-notch, so yeah I’m being a bit selective about who moves in. As everyone here wants to keep enjoying the place as much as we do now.

The other housemates:
They’re a solid bunch of lads, ages 21-28, all working professionals. No issues here—met them all through SpareRoom. They work during the day and are usually out until about 5 pm.
