Headingley House Share - Spacious Bedroom

After 4 years living in this house share, I will sadly be moving out of Highgate House at the end of October/beginning of November.

I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy from the 1st of November. This will be until January 31st 2025, where you will then have the opportunity to extend for a further 6 months.

The home is ALL BILLS INCLUDED (council tax, WiFi, electric, gas, water) at £600 a month.

The property has a total of 10 bedrooms, large living room, large kitchen, dining room, utility room, conservatory and a south facing garden, all over 4 floors. Additionally, there is one bathroom, two more communal toilets, a shower room and three of the bedrooms have en-suites. (The room being advertised does not have an en-suite, but the bathroom on this floor is only really shared with one other person)

A cleaner visits once a fortnight to clean the communal areas.

The home has a driveway with plenty of off-street car parking and a garage that can occupy another car.

The room itself has a double bed, 1 desk, 3 wardrobes and 4 bed side tables/sets of drawers for storage.

The home currently occupies 5 females and 4 males. Everyone is very social and we do a lot together as a house, such as: pub trips, walks, games nights or meals out.

The property is a 2 minutes walk into Headingley where you will find plenty of amenities such as: pubs; shops; restaurants as well as frequent buses into Leeds City Centre.
