Everyone is really respectful and keeps the property well cleaned and tidy.
Gorgeous kitchen with appliances in great condition. Two fridge freezers.
BRAND NEW carpets and mattresses for September 2024 so the house is in really good condition.
The bedroom has a double wardrobe, LOADS of storage space and a big desk facing the window. It’s light, airy and very well maintained.
Both bathrooms are spacious and situated on the ground floor (the same as the bedroom) and have bath-showers and in great condition.
Utility bills are £24 each a week and provided through Unihomes.
Rent for the property is just £95 a week, totalling at £119 in total.
The landlords are really nice and deal with any queries or complaints swiftly.
