Fully furnished front room and kitchen. It’s a 5 minute walk from the train station, 10 minutes to the charming centre of headingley and a short commute to leeds city centre. The house is always kept clean and tidy. It is £148 a week including bills, the first two months rent are paid and no deposit is required. Need a tenancy takeover urgently!! Tenancy is valid until May 2025.
