Property is 10 minutes from Headingley high street, shops, bars and gym. 15 minute walk from both Burley Park and Headingley stations as well as right next to a major bus route.

Rent includes all bills (as well as council tax). Property is managed by Beyond Lettings and everything will be done through them.

Tenancy will be from Nov 1st until 31st December with the potential to extend past then.
