- I'm moving away from Leeds for work and so I'm looking for someone to take over my room in an 8 person house share in Headingley.
- The other housemates are all very nice, social, and easy to get along with. No one is messy or loud at night.
- The room is very large and doesn't get too hot or cold.
- The house is very well located for getting into the city (bus stops are close by, taxis are cheap (less than £10 at any time), and you can even just about walk).
The rent is £601.25/month and includes all bills. It's to be paid by the 1st of the month. The first month will be less because you'll be moving in on the 11th Nov. The deposit is £300.
The wardrobe pictured is mine but I'm happy to sell it to you for £200, otherwise I will remove it.
