Hey! We are looking for another girl to take over my tenancy as I have decided to move back home due to family reasons and money.
The house is currently filled with 5 other lovely girls who all get along and can have a cozy night in but also love going out!
Every room is en-suite with an extra toilet and sink in the drying room for guests. It is £145. A week including bills!
Octobers rent is already paid for and I’ll be paying Novembers on the 1st so that will be sorted out too!
The room has been used but is currently empty and clean. If anyone is interested please let me know as it would help me out lots!
