Urgent Lease Takeover - Double room in Headingley

I'm looking for someone to take over my lease for my room running until August 2025.

There are 2 bright rooms available, mine and another that’s vacant (not lease takeover). Each have a double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair, drawers and a sink each. All bills included!

There is a large living room and kitchen with 3 bathrooms. 6 other housemates are currently on the property. It is located a 5-minute walk from all amenities in Headingley including the Sainsburys, Gym, shops and cafes. There are loads of beautiful parks nearby and bus routes also.
