We are looking for two people to take over our tenancy on a six month contract from 1st January - 30th June 2025.
Myself and my partner have lived here for two and a half years, and really enjoyed our time here. It's a very cosy flat in a convienient location, with lots of characterful features. The flat is fully furnished (including white goods), both bedrooms are of equal size and the kitchen is very spacious.
It's located less than five mins walk from the centre of Headingley, and is right on the bus route into town and the universities. There is a large communal garden and car park.
£456 pppm, bills are not included in the rent. The gas and electric run on a prepayment meter. Council Tax Band A.
