I am moving out of this 2 bed 2nd floor flat and require someone to take over the tenancy for the remainder of the agreement (ends 30/6/25) from March 2025 onwards. The property is modern and well-maintained and is situated just off Otley Road in Central Headingley. Council Tax band B. On street parking.

The other occupant is a young professional working as an ecologist, so a flatmate who enjoys nature and the outdoors is preferable. He would prefer to live with another professional, however, would consider a postgraduate student.
