*Double Room* Modern/Refurbished-Tenancy Takeover

Hello! I am moving out of this house in December due to family and work reasons. Now looking for someone to take over my room in this newly refurbished house. You can move in earlier from mid-late Decmeber. (!!December rent and deposit covered by me!!)

It is a 6-bedroom house in a the heart of Headingley. You will be living with 5 nice and respectful housemates, who love to socialise in the communal area, and also enjoy some quiet times in their rooms.

The room is a furnished cozy double room with a jack-and-jill bathroom (only sharing with one housemate). Double bed, wardrobe and a 5-drawers chest are included in the room. I also have a large coat rack, a metal shelf, a desk and a computer chair which I am not taking with me. There are also loads of storage spaces in the kitchen, with a huge extra cupboard on top of the wall and floor cabinets. So you can just move in without worrying about storage and working spaces!

Close to all the actions!
- 1 minute walk to the buses to city centre
- 5 minutes walk to nearest Sainsbury's
- 10 minutes walk from Headingley Arndale for restaurants (Rudy's, Nando's etc), pubs and more
- 10 minutes walk from Headingley train station
- 15 minutes walk to Leeds Beckett Headingley Campus.
- There are also on-street parking spaces if you drive.

Bills and council tax are all-inclusive in the rent. The property management team responds quickly to any maintenance issue and they are super helpful.
