Looking for someone (student or professional) to take over my tenancy which currently lasts until 30/06/2025, but can be extended with the letting agency.
Fully furnished houseshare (four bedrooms but only three are occupied) with a spacious open plan kitchen/living room, complete with private decking, a drive for cars and a walk-in shower.
The double room comes with a very large desk, massive wardrobe, bookshelves, side cabinet and under bed storage.
There is also two additional rooms we use for storage. One study with a desk and bookshelves to dry clothes and a spare room for overnight guests or additional clothing storage.
Located right in the heart of Headingley, apprx two-minute walk to the stadium and only around a 3-minute walk to local bus stops on the main Headingley line. Two Sainsbury's are just five-minutes away, along with dozens of bars, pubs, restaurants and cafes.
Headingley is a buzz with students and young professionals and there's never an opportunity to be bored in the area.
Location is on the main road with both a driveway and ample FREE on street parking!

Can be available from January 2025, or when needed.
Rent & bills:
Bills are paid for separate to rent which are managed by UniHomes. They include water, electric, gas, broadband and TV licence.
