Looking for a girl to take over my tenancy in a 5 bed house with 4 other lovely girls! The room is an attic room, with double bed, desk, wardrobe and storage cabinet. So plenty of space to store things. There are 3 bathrooms in the property with one on the same level as the bedroom, a basement we use for storage, a nice modern living room and kitchen, with a washer/dryer.
Recently renovated and modern. Moving out due to purchasing a house with my boyfriend, so looking for someone to take over my contract agreed with the landlord. Available anytime from the 1st Feb until 30th June. I am flexible on moving dates. Bills are split between the 5 housemates evenly. The girls are all super friendly and into Triathlon, so super active and love to be social.
